App.A:11-5 Authorization to pay training costs and allowances; acceptance of grants.\n5. Pursuant to any agreement entered into under this act, the Commissioner of Labor and Industry is authorized to pay such direct training costs, training allowances, and administrative expenses as he shall deem necessary. The commissioner may accept grants from the Federal Government, or any agency thereof, or from any foundation, corporation, association, or individual to defray the cost of direct training, training allowances, or administrative expenses.\nL.1974,c.195,s.5.
