App.A:4-51. Obligation to issue or accept scrip 4 1/2 . No county or municipality shall be obligated to issue scrip by reason of the provisions of this act nor shall any school district be obliged to accept scrip, other than county scrip, of any municipality other than one of which such school district is a part.
