App.A:4-58. Approval of readjustment plan 4. No school district may file any petition with any United States court under any law of the United States for the purpose of effecting a readjustment of its debt, without first securing the written approval of the funding commission for school purposes, and no plan of readjustment of such debt shall be approved or put into temporary effect or finally confirmed without the written approval of the funding commission for school purposes.
