App.A:4-70. Powers cumulative The powers granted by this act are in addition to the powers granted to boards of education by any other law and shall not be affected or restricted by any limitation or restriction imposed by any other law. The powers granted by this act shall not be affected by the invalidity of or any irregularity in any proceedings for the issuance of the outstanding bonds or notes to be funded or refunded by the issuance of bonds pursuant to this act.
