App.A:9-421b Filling of deputy emergency management coordinator position. 10. The deputy emergency management coordinator position shall be filled by the governing body in each county by: a. the appointment of a qualified individual; b. the selection of a qualified volunteer; or, if appropriate, c. the selection of an individual pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission of the State of New Jersey.
