App.A:9-43.5. Grants to municipalities, counties for development of Emergency Operations Plans The State Office of Emergency Management, subject to available appropriations and grants from other sources, is authorized to award grants to any municipality or county to assist in the development of an Emergency Operations Plan. The State Office of Emergency Management shall prescribe and promulgate, pursuant to law, procedures for applying for the grant and terms and conditions for receiving the grant. L.1989, c.222, s.22.
