Repeal; local agencies approved by New Jersey Defense Council and rules of such Council continued All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed, but all local agencies heretofore created and approved by the New Jersey Defense Council are hereby continued subject to the provisions of this act and all orders, rules and regulations of the New Jersey Defense Council heretofore adopted and promulgated shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Governor.
