App.A:9-57.16. Insurance or reinsurance 16. Funds credited to the special fund for the purposes of this act may be used to effect insurance or reinsurance with the war damage corporation or with any other authority or instrumentality, public or private, or otherwise to distribute the liability for benefits payable to those civil defense volunteers whose benefits, in accordance with P.L.1995, c.383, are payable from the special fund.
