App.A:9-57.19. Expense of administering act The entire expense of administering this act shall be paid out of the special fund and charged thereto. Approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting shall be required for all such expenditures except those for claims approved by the Claim Committee under section fourteen hereof.
