App.A:9-57.5. Minors deemed sui juris; labor law Civil defense volunteers who are minors shall be deemed to be sui juris for the purpose of receiving benefits under the provisions of this act. Work as a civil defense volunteer shall not be deemed as employment or in violation of any of the provisions of the labor law. L.1952, c. 12, p. 56, s. 5.
