Workmen's compensation benefits preclude benefits hereunder No benefits for injury under the provisions of this act shall be payable to any civil defense volunteer or to the dependents of a deceased civil defense volunteer otherwise entitled to receive workmen's compensation under the provisions of chapter fifteen of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes or under any Federal Workmen's Compensation Law.
