App.A:9-60. Mutual aid agreements between political subdivisions Subject to the approval of the Director of Civil Defense and to the rules and regulations heretofore or hereafter promulgated pursuant to authority contained in the act to which this act is a supplement, two or more political subdivisions of this State may enter into mutual aid agreements for reciprocal aid and assistance in furtherance of any of the purposes of the act to which this act is a supplement.
