§ 1-1-25

1:1-25. Statutes containing references to 'term of court' When any such statute contains a reference to a 'term of court' or to 'terms of court' the reference shall be given effect, on and after September fifteenth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, as though it were to a stated session or stated sessions of such court.
