§ 1-12a-3

1:12A-3. Terms Of the members of the commission first appointed, two shall be appointed for terms of four years and two for terms of five years. Thereafter, members shall be appointed for terms of five years. Members shall serve until the appointment and qualification of their successors. L. 1985, c. 498, s. 3, eff. Jan. 21, 1986.
