§ 1-12a-7

1:12A-7. Employees The commission may appoint employees and consultants as may, in its judgment, be necessary, prescribe their qualifications and duties, and fix their compensation within the availability of amounts appropriated for that purpose. L. 1985, c. 498, s. 7, eff. Jan. 21, 1986.
