10:5-12.3. Report of admission denial A person or agency having knowledge that a skilled nursing or intermediate care facility whose Medicaid occupancy level is less than the Statewide occupancy level has denied admission to a qualified Medicaid applicant shall promptly report this information to the Division on Civil Rights of the Department of Law and Public Safety.
