§ 10-5-42

10:5-42. Penalties Any person who violates this law or the provisions of a public works contract guaranteeing an equal employment opportunity to veterans shall be subject to any penalties allowable under law. L.1983, c. 197, s. 4, eff. May 27, 1983.
