11:9-2.2. Working test period and job training program The appointing authority shall establish a working test period and job training program for all persons to be appointed under the provisions of this act. The working test period and job training program shall conform to the criteria and standards utilized by the Department of Civil Service and shall be designed to provide at least the minimum qualifications required by Civil Service specifications for the available positions.
