11A:3-2 Career service. 11A:3-2. Career service. The career service shall have two divisions, the competitive division and the noncompetitive division. The commission shall assign and reassign such titles to each division and may provide for movement, including promotion, of employees from one division to the other. Amended 2008, c.29, s.21.
