11A:4-4 Eligible lists and certifications. 11A:4-4. Eligible lists and certifications. The commission shall provide for: a. The establishment and cancellation of eligible lists; b. The certification of an eligible list to positions in other appropriate titles; and c. The consolidation of eligible lists which may include, but is not limited to, the combining of names of eligibles by scores. Amended 2008, c.29, s.33.
