11A:4-7. Exceptions to duration of a list 11A:4-7. Exceptions to duration of a list. Notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S. 11A:4-6, a special reemployment list, a police reemployment list and a fire reemployment list shall have unlimited duration. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:4-7, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
