12:11A-5.1. Transfer from department of environmental protection to department of labor and industry The South Jersey Port Corporation, a body corporate and politic, established pursuant to P.L.1968, c. 60 (C. 12:11A-1 et seq.), together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is hereby transferred from the Department of Environmental Protection to the Department of Labor and Industry.
