§ 12-13-6

12:13-6. Powers of corporation Each foreign trade zone corporation which may receive such grant shall have full power to establish, operate and maintain a foreign trade zone in accordance with such grant subject to the statutes of the United States, and shall have all the powers and be subject to all the restrictions provided for corporations in this state.
