§ 12-6-12

12:6-12. Maintenance of tributaries improved with federal aid After the completion of the improvement of any such tributary with federal aid, the board may, in its discretion, maintain such improvements at the expense of the state and for that purpose may use any moneys coming into its hands and not otherwise specifically appropriated or set aside.
