12:7-51. General penalties 8. Any person who shall violate any provision of chapter 7 of Title 12 of the Revised Statutes, or of any rule or regulation issued thereunder, where the penalty therefor is not specifically prescribed, shall be subject to a fine of $25 for a first offense, $50 for a second offense and $100 for a third and each subsequent offense of the same violation.
