12:7-66. Rules, regulations 5. The Boat Regulation Commission, subject to the approval of the Attorney General and consistent with section 14 of P.L.1962, c.73 (C.12:7-34.49) shall, pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
