12:7-84. Payment of fines 15. All fines imposed under chapter 7 of Title 12 of the Revised Statutes shall be paid to the court imposing the fines. Within 30 days after receipt, the court shall then transmit such fines to the Treasurer of the State of New Jersey for deposit into the State General Fund. L.1995,c.401,s.15.
