§ 12-8-31

12:8-31 Pay of maritime pilot carried to sea. 12:8-31. A maritime pilot who is carried to sea when a boat is attending to receive him shall receive at the rate of 500 dollars per day and his reasonable expenses during his absence. Amended 2004, c.72, s.25.
