12A:12-26. 'Statute, regulation or other rule of law' defined 26. For purposes of this act, references to 'statute, regulation or other rule of law' shall include the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey and the reference to 'court orders or notices or official court documents' as used in paragraph (1) of subsection c. of section 3 of this act shall include all official court documents governed by the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey.
