13:11A-1. Definitions relative to maritime history, marine life preservation projects 2. As used in this act: 'Accounts' means the 'Barnegat Bay Decoy and Baymen's Museum Account' and the 'Maritime History and Marine Life Preservation Project Account' created pursuant to section 6 of this act; 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection; 'Department' means the Department of Environmental Protection; 'Director' means the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Transportation; 'Division' means the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Transportation.
