13:15A-15 Funds transferred to Home Port Alliance and Foundation. 5. All funds of the U.S.S. New Jersey Battleship Commission, established pursuant to P.L.1979, c. 440 (C.13:15A-1 et seq.) are transferred to the Home Port Alliance. All funds of the Foundation for the U.S.S.
