13:1B-15.115c. Criteria for awarding loan Any loan made by the New Jersey Historic Trust pursuant to this act shall be awarded based on the criteria established pursuant to section 5 of P.L.1987, c.265, except that no specific proportion of matching funds shall be required of loan applicants.
