13:1B-15.144. Report The commissioner shall submit a written report to the Governor and to the Legislature within one year of the effective date of this act. The report shall detail the effectiveness of the Open Lands Management Program in increasing recreational opportunities and the advisability of continuing the program at its current level, expanding the program Statewide or terminating the program.
