13:1B-15.145. Application, acceptance and expenditure of funds The department may apply for, accept and expend funds from any public or private source for the purposes of planning and implementing the program in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.1983, c. 560, s. 13, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
