13:1B-29. Definitions As used in this article, unless otherwise specifically indicated: 'Division' means the Division of Fish and Game in the Department of Conservation and Economic Development. 'Council' means the Fish and Game Council in the Division of Fish and Game of the Department of Conservation and Economic Development. 'Code' means the State Fish and Game Code.
