13:1B-35. Review of regulations, amendments or repealers Any regulation, or amendment thereto, or repealer thereof adopted by the council pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be subject to review on certiorari, or action or proceeding in lieu thereof, to any court of competent jurisdiction.
