13:1B-40. Partial invalidity of article If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this article or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shall, for any reason, be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of this article.
