13:1B-49.1. Water policy and supply council; transfer of powers, duties and functions to department of environmental protection All of the powers, duties and functions of the Water Policy and Supply Council are transferred to the Department of Environmental Protection. Whenever the term 'Water Policy and Supply Council' occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, administrative or judicial determination, or otherwise, it shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Department of Environmental Protection.
