In addition to the information required to be submitted annually to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.417 (C.13:1D-115), the department shall report annually to the Legislature on actions taken to reduce fees and increase the efficiency of application processing pursuant to section 6 of P.L.1973, c.185 (C.13:19-6), section 9 of P.L.1973, c.185 (C.13:19-9) and section 7 of P.L.1993, c.190 (C.13:19-5.2).
