13:1E-133.4. Rules, regulations 20. The Attorney General and the Department of Environmental Protection shall, within 120 days of the effective date of this act and pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement this act.
