13:1E-135.2 Memorandum of agreement. 14. No later than 90 days after the effective date of P.L.2019, c.397 (C.13:1E-127.1 et al.), the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of the Treasury, and the Attorney General shall enter into a memorandum of agreement that provides for a reciprocal information exchange method to provide the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of the Treasury, and the Attorney General with effective and efficient access to information concerning individuals and business concerns that are applicants, license holders, and permittees in the solid waste, hazardous waste and recycling industries as determined to be appropriate by the Attorney General.
