13:1E-191 Reward for information. 15. a. Any person who supplies any information which proximately results in the arrest and conviction of any other person for the illegal treatment, transport, storage or disposal of low-level radioactive waste shall be awarded one-half of any penalty collected as a result thereof. b. The Attorney General shall adopt, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c. 410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement this section.
