13:1E-221 Violations, penalties. 9. Every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of P.L.2002, c.128 (C.13:1E-213 et al.) for which no penalty is specifically provided is subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each violation. If the violation is of a continuing nature, each day during which it continues constitutes a separate and distinct offense. L.2002,c.128,s.9.
