13:1E-33. Inspections of experimental projects The commissioner shall be entitled to make such inspections of any project, and lands, buildings, improvements or facilities thereon; to request and secure the submission of certifications, data, maps, documents and other information by the applicant; to audit and examine any books and records of the applicant; and to require such periodic reports as shall be necessary to ascertain the progress of any experimental project assisted with a State grant pursuant to this amendatory and supplementary act and the extent of compliance with the contract for the grant.
