13:1E-34.2. Provisions of 'Pinelands Protection Act' not modified 5. Nothing in sections 1 through 4 of P.L.1994, c.99 (C.13:1E-34.1 et al.), shall be construed to modify the provisions of the 'Pinelands Protection Act,' P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-1 et seq.) or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to that act and section 502 of the 'National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978' (Pub.L.95-625).
