13:1E-48.26. Allocation of fees The monies collected from the fees imposed pursuant to sections 7, 8, and 10 of this act shall be utilized by the departments to administer and enforce this act, and shall be allocated as follows: 75% to the Department of Environmental Protection and 25% to the Department of Health.
