13:1E-48.28. Local regulation superseded The provisions of this act and any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall supersede any local ordinance, rule or regulation concerning the proper and safe tracking, identification, packaging, storage, control, monitoring, handling, collection, and disposal of regulated medical waste.
