13:1E-66. Failure to comply with laws or rules and regulations; enforcement and closure actions Subsequent to the effective date of this act, any major hazardous waste facility which fails to comply with the provisions of any Federal or State law, or of any rule and regulation adopted pursuant thereto shall be subject to enforcement and closure actions in the manner provided by law.
