13:1E-78. Creditor or party in interest aggrieved by alleged breach of fiduciary obligation; review Any creditor or party in interest aggrieved by any alleged breach of a fiduciary obligation of a conservator in the discharge of his duties shall be entitled, upon request, to a review thereof in accordance with regulations to be promulgated by the commission.
