13:1E-85. Rules and regulations The commission and the department shall, pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the performance of their respective responsibilities pursuant to this act.
